the staff provided excellent service , demonstrating both friendliness and attentiveness. the hotel location is convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants. i found the hotel rooms to be well-kept with a pleasing level of cleanliness.

bus stop easy supermarket professional staff
The bus stop is just outside the hotel. mercadona supermarket is a quick five-minute walk away which really helped. the staff were very professional, kept the rooms clean, and made breakfast an absolute treat. i got to the beach in about 5-10 minutes. It was super convenient and relaxing!
I noticed the fridge wasn't very powerful. It was fine for water, but didn't get cold enough for food.

balanced stay
helpful staff good location nonfunctional tv faulty lock
the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay i appreciate that they helped arrange a shower for me after i checked out since my flight was later that day the option to freshen up before heading to the airport was really useful. the location was also good it was close to both the airport and several spots around the area , made exploring convenient.
the tv in my room did not work neither did the phone this was frustrating because i could not easily contact the front desk when needed also my room door was not locking properly i felt unsafe because of this and reported it immediately.

the location is near the beach it takes only 5 minutes. breakfast had a lot of variety. the staff was very friendly.

I appreciated the staff. They were really good. They spoke English well and offered assistance. The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet. It was delicious!!! The pool area was very nice and well kept.
The walls were very thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. It slightly impacted my sleep quality.
